“In the Pink” loyalty programme rewards you generously for your custom and loyalty – whether you shop in store or online. Every time you shop at Thomas Pink you will earn special “buttons” against your name which are collected during the season.
At the beginning of the following season your “buttons” are exchanged into Pink Rewards in the form of a Thomas Pink reward card which can be spent in store or online. There is no limit to how many “buttons” you can earn and if you do reach the top two tiers you will also be rewarded with the option of "In the Pink Experiences".

Once you have signed up to be part of “In the Pink” you will start to earn your “buttons” when you make a purchase at Thomas Pink. To ensure you earn “buttons” in store you must say you are “In the Pink” every time you make a purchase. To ensure you earn “buttons” when buying online you must use the same email address that you registered with and you will automatically earn “buttons” against your account. If you register in store and then buy online, please make sure you use the same email address to make your online purchase as the one you used register with in store
You are responsible for making sure your “In the Pink” email address you use online is the same as the one in our store.
When you sign up in store you can earn “buttons” immediately but when you join online you must wait 72 hours before you can earn your “buttons”
If you do not have an email address then you will not be able to earn “buttons” online or be emailed with how many “buttons” you have during the season.
Any transactions prior to when you joined the “In the Pink” programme are not awarded “buttons”.
Can I earn “buttons” on all my purchases?
Yes, on all product purchases made at Thomas Pink stores. However, “buttons” cannot be earned on services such as delivery, alterations or buying gift cards. See here for stores where “buttons” can be earned.

How do I earn “buttons” on my online purchase?
You can only earn “buttons” online when shopping at www.thomaspink.com To make sure you earn your “buttons” when buying online please ensure that your email address is the same as the one that you use in the Thomas Pink Stores. If you only shop online then make sure that when you make any online purchases, you use the same email address that you registered for “In the Pink” with.

How can I find out how many “buttons” I have earned for the season?
Any of the Thomas Pink stores are able to tell you how many “buttons” you have against your profile and you will be sent an email throughout the season with how many “buttons” you have earned. You can also email us at inthepink@thomaspink.com with your name, email and address and we will email you how many “buttons” you have.
When shopping in store your “buttons” are registered immediately but please remember that it takes 6 working days for our system to register your “buttons” when you shop online due to dispatch lead times.

How many “buttons” do I need in order to receive a reward?
Every six months Thomas Pink reward cards are issued, with the value decided by the amount of “buttons” you have collected over the previous season. If you haven’t reached the minimum amount of “buttons” needed to get a reward in one season the balance of “buttons” cannot be carried over to the next season.
Exclusive for the launch you can start to earn your "buttons" now and carry them through to the end of next season, ending 31 July 2012.
We have two different schemes that you can join depending on where you spend, either the UK or US scheme. Please see below for the rewards offered for each scheme. Unfortunately the scheme is not available for clients living in Europe apart from the UK.

WHAT ARE "IN THE PINK EXPERIENCES"?
If you have earned over 750 buttons in the UK programme or 1,200 buttons in the US programme then you are entitled to an "In the Pink Experience". When you receive your reward card you will be given the option to choose an "In the Pink Experience" instead of using your reward card. Experiences will consist of exclusive luxury events or offers on products and services and will be communicated when you receive your reward card.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARDS?

For the season starting in February and ending in July rewards will be issued in August. For the season starting in August and ending in January you will receive your rewards in February.
Exclusively for the launch you can start to earn your "buttons" now and carry them through to the end of the next season, ending 31 July 2012. If you join the programme in 2011 you will receive your rewards in August 2012
Why should I join the UK scheme?
You should join the UK scheme if you mainly shop with Thomas Pink in the UK and want to receive your rewards in pounds sterling. If you live outside the UK and shop online using the UK website and spend in pound sterling then you should join the UK scheme.

How often do I receive my Thomas Pink Reward Card?
You will be sent your Thomas Pink Reward card every six months coinciding with the launch of the new season collections. So for the season beginning in February and ending in July you will receive your reward card in August. For the season beginning in August and ending in January, you will receive your reward card in February.
Exclusive for the launch you can start to earn your "buttons" now and carry them through to the end of next season, ending 31 July 2012. So if you join in 2011 you will receive your rewards in August 2012

Can I use my Thomas Pink Reward card online?
Yes you can and this is done at the payment page. Your Thomas Pink reward card is the same as a gift card so simply scratch off the black seal on the back of the reward card and then enter the pin number and then the card number on the payment page under the Gift Card section.

What can I do if my Thomas Pink reward card has expired?
Thomas Pink reward card has a limited expiry date which is communicated when we send you the reward card. If the reward card has expired it cannot be renewed, so please ensure you spend your reward card within the expiry date. UK and US residents have 2 months to spend their rewards on receipt of reward card and customers that do not live in the UK or US have 6 months to spend their rewards.
