You will be trained to know our brand intimately so that you become its greatest ambassador. As a key member of the sales team, you will be working on the shop floor, building relationships with customers, coordinating shirt and tie combinations and assisting our customers in store, helping them to select the items that they are looking for whilst at all times providing an impeccable, efficient and friendly service.
With this is mind you will be a confident individual who already has retail experience from within high end quality retail brands. Most importantly though, you will be used to providing very high standards of service.
You will be a very well presented individual and need to have excellent customer service skills with your ability to connect and converse with our clients being one of your greatest assets.

We are looking for experienced individuals to join our teams in the stores above as Supervisors.
As a Supervisor you will provide full support to the store manager in order to maximise the sales volume and profitability of the store in full compliance with the operating standards, policies and procedures of Thomas Pink.
You will be trained to know our brand intimately so that you become its greatest ambassador. You will take full key holder responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager and lead by example whilst supporting the manager in all sales activity within the store.
With this is mind you will be a confident individual who already has in-depth experience as a Supervisor or an exceptional Senior Sales Associate ready to take the next step in their career. Retail experience from within a high end quality retail brand is essential but most importantly though, you will be used to providing very high standards of service.

US Retail Management & Sales Positions
We have immediate openings for all levels of Retail Management & Sales in the New York Area!
Store Manager Candidates must have experience in sales leadership and motivation, staff supervision, local marketing, customer service, visual merchandising and inventory control. A minimum of 2 yrs luxury goods/speciality retail management experience is necessary.
Sales positions require 1year specialty retail exp. Successful candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a polished professional demeanor.
