We ensure that only the finest raw materials are used throughout and each item has been tailored or crafted by specialist hands paying a great deal of attention to the finest detail so that the garment you receive is up to your expectations.

However, should you not be entirely satisfied with the item you receive from Thomaspink.com, you can exchange the item or get a full refund within 28 days of receipt as long as the item is in its original condition (i.e. unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Simply fill in the form that arrived with your purchase, send it back to us and we’ll do the rest. Easy. However, we won't refund the original packaging charge on your purchase unless the goods are faulty.
