Thomas Pink Limited and Thomas Pink Inc. and their third party service providers use pixel tags (also known as 'clear gifs' or 'beacon gifs'). Pixel tags are not visible to the user of the web site and consist of a few lines of computer coding. Pixel tags are not used to collect any personally identifiable information about you apart from what you voluntarily provide us in your dealings with Thomas Pink. We and our e-mail service provider use pixel tags to:

Our e-mail service provider includes a pixel tag, which they refer to as a 'coded sensor', in all of the HTML-based messages sent on our behalf. Delivery Charges and Pricing

UK Customers

Standard UK Delivery (3-5 Working Days) £5.00

Our standard UK delivery is free when you spend over £50

We deliver our standard UK parcels using UPS Courier Service*. All parcels require a signature upon delivery, which can be sent to a home, business or alternative address. You should ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any address amendments. A signature is required for the order upon delivery. A second delivery attempt will be made on the following business day, should you be unavailable on the first call. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

*With the exception of some remote destinations, upon which you goods may be dispatched via Royal Mail.

Express UK Delivery (1-2 Working Days) £6.95

For our Express Delivery option please place your order before 12pm Monday – Thursday, orders placed before 12pm Friday will despatched on Monday. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank holiday your order will be despatched the next working day. Your order will be dispatched via express courier service to your home, work or designated address. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any address amendments. A signature is required for the order upon delivery. A second delivery attempt will be made on the following business day, should you be unavailable on the first call. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

Express UK delivery may not be available during Sale due to high demand.

Channel Island customers - please note that UK zone prices and shipping apply to mainland customers only. If you would like to order online, please select the Channel Islands as your shipping zone on the website.

USA Customers

Express FedEx Delivery (2-5 working days) $12.50

We deliver to anywhere in the USA for $12.50. Free delivery applies to all orders over $100. If you are shipping to Canada or South America, please make sure you select your specific country as your shipping zone and not the USA.

We deliver our US parcels using Federal Express, who require a signature upon delivery. Your delivery can be dispatched to a home, business or alternative address. You should ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

US Sales Tax

For orders delivered in the US, prices are in US Dollars and are exclusive of sales tax. Sales tax might apply depending on state you are shipping to and will be displayed before confirming your order online.

EU Customers

Standard EU Delivery (5-7 Working Days) €18

We deliver to all countries in the EU for €18. Free delivery applies to all orders over €80.

All orders are dispatched via courier service, and will require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries are tracked for your convenience and should arrive within 5 – 7 working days.

Custom Duties

If your residence / delivery address is within the European Union you will not be charged any customs duty because on the EU website, all prices are shown in the currency relevant to the zones selected. Prices that are shown include VAT.

International Customers

Rest of the World Standard Delivery (7-10 working days) £20

Our standard Rest of the World delivery is free when you spend over £400

All orders are dispatched via courier service, and will require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries should arrive within 7 – 10 working days. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country.

Orders placed outside the UK, US and EU

For orders placed outside the UK, US and EU, please note that we ask you to take responsibility for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.

All products shipped to international customers (excluding those from the EU and the US) are VAT free. Therefore the price stated on the website is that of the product only. All prices on the US and EU sites are fixed and therefore do not react to changes in the Euro or Dollar currencies. The prices are set in line with the prices charged in the Thomas Pink stores in these territories.

Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund any items (except undergarments) that have not been altered, washed or worn within 28 days of original order receipt. Thomas Pink cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely in its original condition (with all tags still intact) and enclosing the RETURN FORM. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily. We recommend returned items are sent using a tracked or signed-for mail service. Return address labels are provided for your convenience. Although we do not repay delivery charges (except in the unlikely event that your item is faulty), you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement item(s). Please note: We must be notified of any missing or defective items within 7 days of receipt of an order. In an exchange, if the new item costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more than an additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for despatch of exchanged goods.

Eagle Eye Solutions assist Thomas Pink by providing Thomas Pink with the SMS and email e-voucher services in order that Thomas Pink may issue e-vouchers to its customers.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase e-vouchers from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this Website.

Purchasing e-vouchers

This part sets out terms which apply to your purchase of e-vouchers from us through the Website.

You make an offer to purchase an e-voucher from us (your "Order") by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:

• 1. Choose the e-voucher type (SMS or Email)
• 2. Select the e-voucher amount
• 3. Add the Recipients’ Details
• 4. Add your details and a personal Message
• 5. Schedule when you want the SMS Or Email e-voucher delivered
• 6. Make your payment and we’ll do the rest

On receipt of your Order, we will send you an Order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number, value of e-vouchers ordered, mobile number that the e-vouchers have been requested to be delivered to and a delivery date.

If an SMS/Email e-voucher is delivered with a higher value than the price that was charged to the credit or debit card, Thomas pink reserves the right to cancel the e-voucher and re-issue an SMS/Email e-voucher at the correct purchase price.

A maximum of £1000 worth of e-vouchers may be purchased in any single transaction.

Redeeming e-vouchers

The recipient of an e-voucher must take their mobile phone into store when redeeming their e-vouchers. E-vouchers may be redeemed for goods in any Thomas Pink stand alone store that matches the currency region of the purchased e-voucher (£, $ or Euro). Thomas Pink reserves the right to reject illegible or incomplete e-vouchers in store and online. An e-voucher can be used as full or part payment for Thomas Pink goods. No change will be given on e-vouchers. If an e-voucher is used as part payment, a new e-voucher will be issued to the original recipient to the value of any remaining balance which can be spent on future purchases.

The remaining balance of an e-voucher can be checked at any time by calling Thomas Pink Web Sales team on 44(0) 207 498 3882 or via email at info@Thomaspink.com.

E-vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are not for resale. E-vouchers have no expiry date.

Thomas Pink is not responsible for any undeliverable or delayed e-vouchers due to any network failures.

If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery mobile phone number that you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we’re afraid we cannot be held liable if an e-voucher is used by someone other than your intended recipient if the mobile phone number entered was incorrect. In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any e-vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery.

Reserve and collect

Orders are accepted and are subject to the standard terms and conditions of purchase of www.thomaspink.com. In addition the following terms and conditions will also apply:

1. •Reserve and Collect is only available in selected stores as notified on www.thomaspink.com
2. • Your Reserve and Collect Order does not form a binding contract until your items have been collected in store and paid for in full.
3. • On receipt of your Reserve and Collect Order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Reservation process. This acknowledgement email will contain your Order number and details of your items. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your Reserve and Collect Order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.
4. • No more than 10 items can be reserved for collection in store.
5. • Reserve and Collect orders placed on www.thomaspink.com will be available for collection in store within 4 working days, unless otherwise specified at the time of placing the order.
6. • You will be informed that your order is ready for collection via SMS and E-mail to the number/address provided at the time of ordering.
7. • Orders awaiting collection will be held in store for a maximum of 5 days.
8. • Orders collected in store must be paid for in store – either by cash, gift card or by an accepted credit/debit/charge card and will be charged at the in-store price on the date of collection. Any online offers will not apply.
9. • Please note prices on items are charged at the in store price at the time of collection, offers may not apply.

1. •This service operates in London within the M25 only
2. •There is a maximum of 2 passengers per service
3. •All bookings need to be booked 24hours in advance
4. •Bookings for Saturday or Sunday (and bank holiday’s) must be made before 12pm on Friday
5. •This service is available to guests during the following hours 10am - 6pm Monday – Saturday, 12pm -5pm Sunday and Bank Holidays
6. •The PINK Morgan service is subject to availability
7. •The PINK Morgan service is complimentary
8. •Maximum journey time, from pick up to drop off is a total of 2 hours
9. •Limited amount of luggage space so please consider this and ask when booking
10. •Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control
11. •We reserve the right to change your chauffeur at any time if necessary
12. •Customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Thomas Pink shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property
13. •Thomas Pink will keep a lost property book at their office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle to the customer
14. •Thomas Pink and its driver have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger
15. •Thomas Pink maintains a strict non-smoking policy in the vehicle at all times
16. •This service is not available for public holidays like Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve
18. •The PINK Morgan Hotel Service must only be used once per guest per stay
19. •Guests of the PINK Morgan London Service must only be used once per customer per season (once every 6 months; February- July & August - January)
20. •All bookings for the PINK Morgan Hotel Service must be made through the concierge if you are a guest at the following hotels: The Ritz, Browns, The Langham and The Stafford
21. •The PINK Morgan Hotel service and PINK Morgan London service must include a stop at Thomas Pink’s flagship store on Jermyn Street

• Experiences only valid for members who have accumulated more than 750 buttons if you are signed up to the UK scheme or more than 1200 buttons if signed up to the US scheme. These members will be known as Dashing and Splendid members.
• Only one Experience per member can be requested during each redemption period.
• An Experience can only be requested if a member has enough buttons on their reward card.
• Experiences must be paid for with your “In the Pink” Reward Card. You cannot part pay for an Experience by any other means.
• UK Experiences are available to eligible members of the UK Thomas Pink “In the Pink” Rewards Programme only.
• US Experiences are available to eligible members of the US Thomas Pink “In the Pink” Rewards Programme only.
• Experiences are given on a first request first served basisIf you are unable to make an Experience due to illness or any other reason, we cannot reorganise the Experience and we cannot refund your reward card.
• There is no cash alternative for Pink Rewards.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
